Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough clinical examinations and accurate diagnoses
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each patient
- Communicate clearly, compassionately, and professionally with pet owners
- Collaborate closely with veterinary colleagues and support staff to ensure excellent patient care
Requirements:
- Registered Veterinary Surgeon with the Veterinary Council of Ireland
- Demonstratable experience in first opinion practice; this role is not suitable for new graduates or those requiring support with routine general practice work
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
- Flexibility and ability to collaborate effectively within diverse team environments
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive
