About the Role:
We are seeking a Veterinary Surgeon who enjoys the variety and challenge of first-opinion small animal practice.
You will work in a thriving, fast-paced environment alongside an experienced and compassionate team that values trust, progression, and exceptional patient care.
This role includes clinical examinations, routine and advanced surgery, imaging, and medical workups.
Newly qualified vets will receive full support through Vet GDP, while experienced candidates will have opportunities to further enhance their skills.

Our practice is situated just outside Norwich, a vibrant university city known for its cultural scene, independent shops, covered market, and lively restaurants.
The Norfolk Coast, with its stunning beaches and wildlife, is within easy reach, as are the Norfolk Broads, perfect for birdwatching and water sports.
We’re looking for a vet who:
Shares our passion for providing exceptional care to patients and clients.
Has or is looking to develop the interpersonal skills necessary to build trusting relationships with clients and colleagues.
Is eager to embrace the variety of first-opinion practice and grow within a supportive and friendly environment.
Benefits:
5 days of paid CPD annually.
Certificates funded and encouraged
30 days of annual leave (including Bank Holidays).
Membership of the RCVS and other professional bodies.
A 4-day working week with shared Saturday mornings and no out-of-hours (OOH) work.
Salary ranging from £36,000 to £60,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
Visa sponsorship available, where required.
