Are you a passionate veterinary professional eager to launch an exceptional career? Synchronised Solutions invites dedicated individuals to join a leading community at the forefront of innovation in the veterinary industry, where the commitment to providing outstanding care is paramount.
The Role
Synchronised Solutions is recruiting for one of the largest small animal groups in the UK, managed entirely by veterinarians. Recognizing the importance of a strong start in a veterinary career, the organisation has developed a comprehensive support program for new graduates, guiding them seamlessly from academic learning to practical application in the consultation room.
Understanding that few individuals arrive with a complete set of consulting, medical, and surgical skills, the program offers three months of personalized training alongside experienced veterinarians. Spanning a full 12 months, the program features 17 specialized teaching modules designed to build confidence, alleviate pressure, and foster supportive relationships among peers from the very beginning.
Training Highlights Include:
- Three months of one-on-one training beyond the regular veterinary schedule.
- Practical wet-labs covering surgery, dentistry, ophthalmology, and ultrasound, as well as night training.
- Workshops focused on dermatology, cardiology, exotics, consult training, resilience, mental health, and leadership.
- Access to online courses in dentistry, surgery, medicine, and emergency critical care (ECC).
- A dedicated VETGDP advisor to provide clinical guidance and pastoral care, ensuring a smooth integration into the community.
Graduate Development Programme Benefits Package:
- Competitive salary of £37,500 per annum.
- Four-day working week after the initial three months of training.
- Coverage for BVA, RCVS, VDS, and the first year of BSAVA membership.
- Exceptional career progression and partnership opportunities.
Due to UK visa requirements, we are unable to process applications from candidates over the age of 26 who require sponsorship
Synchronised Solutions is confident that the Graduate Development Programme will equip new veterinarians with the necessary clinical skills to advance their careers.
Please note that a full driver’s license is essential. Your university degree must also be EAEVE recognised/accredited.
If you meet the above criteria, apply now and take the first step toward an extraordinary career in veterinary medicine!
