Job Role: Veterinary Surgeon – Recent graduate to join Grad Scheme

Salary Range: Competitive salary up to £35k – £55k D.O.E

Location: Essex

Hours: 4 days a week, 1 in 4 weekends, NO OOH

The team consists of 16 vets with varied levels of experience, special interests, and areas of expertise. Advanced Surgery Certificate holder, Medicine Certificate holder with 8 other vets soon to receive the results of their certificate exams (Exotics, Medicine, ECC, Ophthalmology, Surgery)
They offer a complete service with 24hr patient care, CT, Endoscopy, Advanced Ultrasound, 1st opinion as well as advanced care.

You’ll be supported from day one by a dedicated mentor/Vet GDP Advisor, you’ll also be able to take paid leave to attend the varied CPD programme designed by vets specifically for new graduates. As you build your confidence in caring for pets and their owners, you’ll grow your own client base and see the continuity of cases with the support of your wider team. You won’t be in sole charge of cases until you’re ready. As standard on the Graduate Development Programme we offer a 2 year Programme with no financial tie-ins. 10-12 clinical/non-clinical structure CPD days a year with covered travel costs.
